In continuation of our social responsibility, Mayan Vista India began hosting the Mayan Awards Ceremony in the year 2013, to honour the truly dedicated veterans in recognition of their mighty contribution, proficiency and skill. Mayan Awards are presented in the categories of Construction Industry, Doctors & Hospitals , Social Service, Entrepreneurs and with a special focus on Women Entrepreneurs.
Throughout the years, we have been fortunate to host distinguished guests of honor at the Mayan Awards. His Excellency Dr. Rosaiah, former Governor of Tamil Nadu, graced our ceremony for 3 consecutive years - 2013-2015, while Her Excellency Dr. Kiran Bedi, Lt. Governor of Puducherry, presented the awards at the fourth and sixth editions (2016 & 2018), held in Puducherry. Furthermore, Dr. J Radhakrishnan, the Principal Secretary of the Health and Welfare Department, Govt of Tamil Nadu, honored us with his presence and presented awards at the 7th and 9th Editions. We are proud to uphold this tradition of welcoming esteemed individuals. Notably, the Mayan Awards 2017 achieved international acclaim as the first event of its kind to felicitate Indian professionals on an international platform. The grand celebration took place at the Intercontinental in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Recently, we successfully concluded the 10th Edition of the Mayan Awards on 29th April 2023, held at Hotel Pullman City Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was an exceptional event, with the gracious presence of YB V Sivakumar, Minister of Human Resources, Malaysia, who served as our Chief Guest. We were honored to have His Excellency Mr. B N Reddy, High Commissioner of India to Malaysia, and Datuk Kohilan Pillai, Former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia, as our esteemed Special Guests. The event garnered immense support from the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Malaysia (FICCIM).
